Established in 1837, the mill that produced this lambswool fabric was founded in Guiseley, West Yorkshire, the very same year Queen Victoria ascended to the British throne. Ever since their establishment, bales of raw wool have arrived at the mill's doorstep to begin the process of creating beautiful fabrics. They are now one of Great Britain's last remaining vertical wool mills, meaning they are among a select few who continue to complete all processes on one site.
