2. Where can I try on the collection?

4. How do I book a personal styling appointment?
Either by calling us on +44(0)20 79351219, or through our online booking system. We can consult with you at our London Atelier/Showroom, at your home or workplace, or at any upcoming international pop-up or event. Click here to find out when we are next in your city.
5. How does DEPLOY’s sizing work?
Our garments are designed and made to UK sizing. Our detailed size guide, with exact measurements, plus a European and US sizing conversion table, can be seen here. 6. If something doesn’t fit me, do you do alterations?
Absolutely. We’re experts in garment construction and tailoring and our philosophy is that garments must be designed and adjusted to fit and flatter the wearer, not the other way around. Our highly experienced team will always take the time to ensure any item is perfectly fitted to you. We provide a full in-house service in our London Atelier, where most alterations for pieces fitted by us at pop-ups and events around the world are carried out, with meticulous precision and care, by our in-house tailors. We can also recommend trusted services in cities we regularly visit, should you wish to have your pieces altered locally. If you ordered online and want a piece tailored, call and we’ll endeavor to find the best solution.
7. Can I make changes to my order?

8. Where are your products manufactured?
We’re proud that all DEPLOY products are designed in-house and made in London by boutique production houses with whom we’ve collaborated for many years. Occasionally, where specialist craftsmanship cannot be found in the UK, we seek capability further afield. Our fabrics are sourced solely from a carefully selected range of top-end environmentally-certified suppliers and produced mostly in Britain and Europe.
9. What are your sustainability credentials?

DELIVERY & PAYMENT
1. How long does delivery take with online orders?
We try to fulfil all our orders as quickly as possible, but please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
2. Which countries do you ship to, and what are the rates?
We ship to most countries. Prices are based on small package courier bags, up to 2kg in weight, exclusive of import duties, which vary from country to country:
- UK and Ireland: £20
- Northern/Western Europe: £25
- Rest of Europe: £35
- USA & Canada: £35
- Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore: £35
- Australia & New Zealand: £65
- Rest of world: £75
All our items are shipped via Associated Air courier services, a trusted partner and a sustainable business. International shipping typically takes 3 - 5 working days from the date of dispatch. This may vary, depending on the destination and each country’s customs clearance procedures, which are unfortunately beyond our control.
We highly recommend that you provide your mobile/cell phone number and ensuring there’s someone to receive and sign for the package at the delivery address. This helps to ensure the safe and prompt arrival of your package.
3. How do I track my delivery?
Once we’ve dispatched your order, we’ll email you to confirm dispatch and delivery details and your tracking number.
4. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard / Visa / American Express / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Visa Purchasing / JCB / Solo / Switch, as well as PayPal. We regret that we are currently unable to accept Union Pay.
All payments are processed through our secure website on-line transaction portal, Shopify (powered by Stripe). Shopify protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. You can read further payment security information here.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY
1. Can I return items?
Of course. Should you need to return an item ordered online, please notify us first by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, including your order reference number and the reason for return.
To qualify for a refund, non-faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, with a completed Returns Form.
RETURNS ADDRESS: DEPLOY Online Sales Return, 338 City Road, London EC1V 2PY.
CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS: Please clearly state on the outside of the package: RETURN TO ORIGINAL SENDER for customs declarations.
ORIGINAL CONSIGNMENT REFERENCE: Please clearly write your DEPLOY delivery's AWB Number (found on the Packing List) on the outside of the return package.
We regret that we do not cover delivery costs for non-faulty goods returns and exchanges, and we strongly recommend using registered post, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We always strive to achieve the best possible quality product and service and each garment is carefully checked prior to dispatch. We accept returned items that are in the same perfect condition as when shipped. We do ask that you check garments upon receipt and before removing tags. Once tags are removed, we can only accept returns if the merchandise is found to have a production fault.
2. How will I be refunded?
We will email you when we’ve received your returned item. Once you have this confirmation, we will process the refund on the payment card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to appear in your account. Refunds will be made for the original purchase price minus delivery costs, on the payment card originally used. DEPLOY regrets we are unable to refund import duty and local sales taxes to non-EU Customers for any returns.
3. Will I pay taxes & duties?
Prices on DEPLOY merchandise include UK VAT (Value Added Tax) for all European Union (EU) customers. For customers outside the EU, UK VAT will be deducted where applicable. International orders (outside the EU) are exclusive of duty and custom charges. Customers may be subject to import duty demanded by relevant national authorities on goods delivered. DEPLOY regrets we are unable to refund import duty and local sales taxes to non-EU customers for any returns.
