Our signature suiting fabric of DEPLOY’s Classic Line is crafted in the finest 100% tropical Merino Wool Gabardine of top-grade staple, woven and master piece-dyed by a renowned Japanese wool specialist founded in 1896. Celebrated for its exceptional quality and rigorous environmental standards, the mill operates its integrated vertical supply chain from yarn spinning and weaving to dying and finishing through its closed-loop water conservation system; quality-controlled at each step with stringent strength, colour-fastness and light exposure testing.
The result is a superbly refined mid-weight (196 g/m²) cloth with a smooth yet firm hand; offering a beautiful drape whilst keeping the structure for fine-tailoring.
