Our 100% organic cotton chino is tightly woven with a solid structure in the finest grade of organic cotton yarn to deliver exceptional durability while remaining breathable and naturally insulating. It is then finished with a subtle peached-effect offering a velvety smooth hand feel.
The fabric is sourced from a luxury cotton supplier in Turkey with over half a century of history in pioneering environmentally responsible cotton farming. Complementing this is our Greenpeace Certified Detox Cotton for the contrast piping and detail finishes, using the production off-cuts of other garment styles. This unique approach forms a key part of our zero-waste practice whilst articulating a distinctly DEPLOY design language of refined craftsmanship and visual code that signals a fine balance of quality, utility and luxury. Made from the Italian circular-knit jersey specialist using exclusively two-ply, long-staple fibres that indicate the highest grade cottons (TESSUTO FILODISCOZIA ALTA QUALITA guaranteed), the yarn is skein-dyed and double-mercerised to enhance brilliance, depth of colour, and durability over time whilst maintaining a silky hand and aesthetics unique to its fabric characteristic.
