Our Eco Denim Cotton Twill is a consciously developed alternative to conventional denim. Traditional denim production is among the most resource-intensive textiles, consuming vast quantities of water (approximately 3,791 litres per pair), contributing to waterway pollution through synthetic dyes and heavy metals, and generating significant greenhouse gas emissions.
Our eco denim is sourced from one of Taiwan’s leading textile innovators, established in 1982, whose commitment to environmental responsibility is embedded throughout their production. Their fabrics are developed in alignment with the Higg Index, supporting measurable sustainability improvements. Through regular visits to the mill, we have built a long-standing, trusted partnership grounded in transparency and shared values.
Our fabric has a defined diagonal twill, with a substantial reassuring weight that speaks to its durability and longevity. It holds structure beautifully while retaining a gentle suppleness, enhanced by a subtle stretch for optimum comfort. Robust, protective and softly structured. We specialise dye our denim at Deploy - producing unique, considered hues, enriching the fabric with character and individuality.
